CreateAthon Application
DEADLINE: August 10, 2011

Zing invites local 501(c)3 non-profit organizations to participate in it's inaugural CreateAthon event. The 24-hour marathon, which provides pro-bono design and marketing services, will be held Thursday, September 15–Friday, September 16, 2011.

All applicants will be notified of their status after August 17, 2011. A member of the Zing creative team will contact selected applicants to schedule an initial input meeting to be held the week of August 22, 2011.

ALL APPLICANTS MUST BE ABLE TO:

• Have ultimate decision makers available for key meetings.
• Have all necessary materials (text, images, logos, etc.) to us by Friday, September 9th. If the information cannot be ready by Friday, September 9th, please do not submit the project for CreateAthon. (For example, if an event is still in the planning phase and honorees and/or sponsor names are not yet available.)
• Meet with Zing creative team the morning of Friday, September 16th to review your completed project. Appointments will be scheduled between 8–10:30 a.m.
• Secure necessary approvals/signoffs from all board members, staff and/or superiors and deliver FINAL changes to Zing by noon Monday, September 19th.
